A Welcome From Rachael - Creator of Jump Fitness Classes

Hi! Thanks for visiting the Jump Fitness Classes website. I have been teaching fitness classes since 1991 and after moving back to Marske from York in 1999, I set up 'Rachael's Fitness Classes'. As the business grew, more instructors started to work alongside me and along with my fabulous team of instructors we now teach over fiftly classes across five venues on Teesside. I decided towards the end of 2011 that it was time for a name change and a full re brand and so 'Jump Fitness Classes' was born on 21st December 2011!

Everyday we see many new faces venture into our classes and each new face presents us with a new challenge. Most people come along to the classes because they have a goal they wish to achieve.

Workout Timetable:
As you will see from the workout timetable, there are many different types of classes running - therefore offering you the diversity
required to maintain your interest.
Regularly changing routines combined with passionate and enthusiastic teachers eliminates the risk of you becoming bored.
Despite being individuals, undoubtedly we all have one common goal - we all want to improve the way we look, and this is the
number one reason people attend our classes.
Our goal is to offer the best possible level of service and results to anyone who walks through the door.
