Before you Arrive

Due to COVID-19 booking is now essential to any MJF class

Before you attend an MJF class for the first time you must send me an email to so I can forward to you and email with important information and a health questionnaire to sign.

Bring along a bottle of water and ensure you wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and supportive trainers to all classes, with the exception of Pilates and Yoga where we wear either socks or exercise barefoot.

Please note that unfortunately due to insurance issues, it is not possible for children to wait in or around the classes whilst parents/guardians exercise. It is important to arrive to all classes time to fully participate in both the warm up and stay for the cool down.
