Jonathan 'Jarv' Paisley
Jonathan, or Jarv as he's better known qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Body Pump instructor in 2010, and a Zumba instructor, Zumba Toning instructor and Body Combat instructor in 2011, followed by CX Worx and Fight Klub in 2012. Jarv also has a Foundation Degree in Personal Training programme. From this he has developed a passion for different training methods that he uses away from classes during PT sessions. In April of 2014 Jarv and Rachael joined forces to become partners in the running of Jump Fitness. Jarv is a very fit guy and loves teaching everyone in his classes!!!
Ally is a primary school teacher specialising in physical education. She is also a fully qualified exercise to music instructor, Zumba instructor, Zumba Toning instructor; Body Pump Instructor; CX Worx instructor; Bokwa instructor; Fight Klub instructor, Kettle Bell instructor and Body Combat instructor. Ally loves sport, exercise and generally keeping fit. She works extremely hard to maintain her athletic physique and has a body to die for!
Having finished his career as a professional dancer, Andy now instructs a variety of classes including Body Attack, Body Combat, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga. His background in dance has given him a very unique knowledge of fitness and an outstanding level of personal fitness. He's a great guy and his classes are both entertaining and educational!
