SO WHAT WILL bUTTS & gutts DO FOR ME?
This class is designed to burn lots of calories to develop muscular tone in the legs, Bums and tums.
With this create muscular endurance for the muscles found in the legs and torso whilst promoting fat loss throughout the body.
With the range of movements found in this class you will increase your co-ordination which can be used within other classes.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?
We recommend that you attend this class alongside other conditioning classes such as; Pilates, Zumba Toning or Body Pump plus other cardio classes such as; Body Combat, Zumba, Fight Klub or 24 to gain the best results.
WHEN WILL I NOTICE RESULTS?
Results can be seen 4-6 weeks after attending your first class. Benefits will be seen to a good standard if participants combine Butts and Gutts with other classes and good nutrition.
LBT... WHAT'S THAT?
Legs, bums and tums combines resistance and isometric movements to burn calories thus reducing body fat and strengthen specific muscles throughout the body, providing shape, tone and strength.
SO DESCRIBE A TYPICAL CLASS
BUTTS & GUTTS is a 40-45 minute class including a warm up to raise the heart rate and loosen of key joints and muscles. After the warm-up we combine a range of movements to target specific muscles; legs, Bums and tums. After a Cool Down will be carried out to stretch and reduce the heart rate.
HOW DO I DO BUTTS & GUTTS SAFELY?
To complete the class safely each participant is encouraged to perform each movement with good technique, to their ability, focusing on learning how to complete and develop the movement. It is key to listen to your body and take each challenge in your stride, as this class can be difficult you can push yourself but to your own ability.
